We provide global shipping services with applicable international rates calculated at the point of purchase. Our established trade program extends exclusive benefits to interior design professionals worldwide, fostering collaborative partnerships within the design community. 

While we ship to most countries, certain regions may have restrictions due to carrier limitations or local regulations. Please contact us if you have specific questions about shipping to your location.

Orders with dimensions under 90cm (36 inches) in length or width will be ready to ship within 2 weeks. For orders exceeding 90cm (36 inches) in length or width, shipping will take 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the size of the wall sculpture. Once your order has shipped, delivery details and a tracking number will be sent to you via your confirmation email.

 

We leverage all major shipping carriers for deliveries across domestic and global destinations.

 

International shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination, customs processes, and the selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

We carefully package all artwork with protective materials and reinforced shipping materials to ensure safe transit. For larger or fragile pieces, we may use custom packaging solutions. The art pieces larger than 120cm or 48″ may be shipped in two packages.

 

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery online.

 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement. The production and shipment of the replacement are expediated.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change before the artwork is shipped.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which vary by country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
