We know how exciting it is to order something special! Once you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email so you know it’s safely in our hands. When your artwork is ready to begin its journey to you, we’ll send another email with tracking details—though sometimes tracking takes a little time to update.

Your security is our priority. We accept all major credit cards, and every transaction is protected with top-level encryption, so you can shop with peace of mind.

Shipping with Care

Each piece is lovingly created and prepared just for you after ordering. If, unfortunately, your artwork arrives damaged, please let us know within two days with photos so we can make it right. For international orders, we provide delivery confirmation, but once shipped, the carrier takes responsibility for safe arrival.

For USA Customers Only

Please note, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen by the shipping carrier. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a FedEx tracking number via email. It’s the customer’s responsibility to track the package and ensure successful delivery.
If the wrong address is provided, the item may be returned to us. In this case, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping fees for resending the item.

International Shipping & Duty Charges

We provide delivery confirmation, but once shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. By ordering, you agree to pay these charges. If you refuse delivery, shipping and return fees will be deducted from your refund.
